It really couldn't be simpler. Simple arrangements are sent as fresh blooms, packed, protected and sent out to land on the doorstep. Full instructions, easy-to-follow tutorials and insights on how to create the perfect arrangement are included in the box.
Packed to perfection...
We hand pick and pack each stem in all of our boxes. We send them in bud so they're safer in transit and last that much longer in the vase!
Signed, sealed, delivered...
All our letterbox blooms and foliage are protected and sent locally either via our delivery team or Royal Mail.
...and they're yours!
We include tips, tricks and expert advice from our creative florists in each box and online to make arranging them as enjoyable as possible.
*Our boxes have been designed to fit through most of the UK’s letterboxes, so it’s rare non-delivery will happen. However, in the event of a failed delivery, your flowers will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail office ready for you to collect. View Royal Mail Information.

Designing a box that is both pretty and practical was no easy task. After exploring all sorts of weird and wonderful packages, we settled on our classic duck egg box.
It fits perfectly through a letterbox and is both pretty and practical keeping your flowers safe throughout their journey to you.

Protecting your petals
When you first open your box, you may notice protective wraps and containers of conditioning water on some of the blooms.
We created the conditioning tubes to protect your flowers in transit and to avoid the slight wilting you may receive from other suppliers.
